Triggernaut Guarantee
We use the best available materials and have high production values and quality control which means we are sure that the products we deliver into the market are excellent. However should you be unlucky enough to have a Triggernaut product break within two years of purchase, we will replace or repair at our cost.
Should you be outside of the two year period, please still get in touch with us. If it seems your glasses have had light use we will still repair or replace free of charge at our discretion. Otherwise we are keen for people to keep their Trigs going for as long as possible and can supply spare parts or offer repairs at a reasonable cost.
Triggernaut does not make throw away products.
Does the Guarantee cover lenses?
Should there be a problem with your lenses caused by a manufacturing fault or split in the polycarbonate material following impact then absolutely we will replace them, in fact the Guarantee on lenses is extended to a LIFE TIME. However, the Guarantee does not cover scratches.
So I’ve broken my TRIGGERNAUT Sports Glasses does the guarantee still apply?
Good effort, these glasses are tough, in fact we say they are almost unbreakable! But hey things happen. The Guarantee covers breakages which have happened within the normal use of our products. Remember our products are built for action so if they have broken while you are taking part in outdoor action sports the guarantee will apply … just tell us what happened! The guarantee does not apply if there is evidence of misuse, wilful damage or poor care. How about carriage costs?
Any carriage costs incurred in relation to a guarantee claim accepted by us will be borne by us.
Shipping, Taxes, Returns and Cancellation
Shipping and Taxes
Triggernaut is shipped from the UK. Any delivery within the UK will be shipped inclusive of VAT. Any delivery to the EU will be shipped with all import VAT and Duties paid. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
But what happens if I want to have my Trigs delivered to a country outside the EU and UK? Annoyingly, right now for us these deliveries are normally subject to import duty and VAT at the point of delivery. Please pay this fee and ask for a receipt. Send us a picture of the receipt and we will refund this cost.
What is the additional cost of shipping and when should I expect to receive my Trigs?
Most orders we receive incur NO DELIVERY CHARGE. Our shipping rates and normal delivery times are as follows:
  • UK
    • Normally delivered within 2 working days.
    • Deliveries are sometimes slower to islands and remote areas.
    • Order value £50 or more there is no delivery charge.
    • Order value £49.99 or less (not including shipping/delivery) delivery will be £4.50
  • Wider Europe including EU and non-EU
    • Western Europe. Normally delivered within 7 working days
    • Eastern Europe. Normally delivered within 10 working days
    • Deliveries are sometimes slower to remote locations.
    • Order value €60 or more there is no delivery charge.
    • Order value €59.99 or less (not including shipping/delivery) delivery will be €7
  • Rest of the world (delivery times depend on location and available services. USA and Canada normally delivered within 10 working days)
    • Mainland USA and Canada Normally delivered within 7 working days
    • Delivery times to other locations are pendent on available services.
    • Order value €120 or more there is no delivery charge
    • Order value €119.99 or less (not including shipping/delivery) delivery will be €15
The team in our warehouse are picking, packing and despatch ninjas, they move so fast they are a blur. If you realise you want to cancel your order after it has been placed, please inform us as soon as possible ( so we can stop it from being shipped and issue your refund, in this instance any refund will include any additional shipping cost. If the order has already been despatched, please send it back to us following our returns policy below, we will refund you as soon as we receive it.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason after delivery you decide that your TRIGGERNAUT purchase is not right for you and it is still in perfect condition you may send them back to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. TGKA brands do not cover the cost of the return, however we will not charge the cost of sending out an alternative product in complete or part exchange. Shipping and delivery costs incurred in the original purchase will not be refunded. We must be contacted about a return within 30 days of delivery Returned items must then be despatched back to us within 32 days and proof of postage / despatch must be provided. Please note we will not accept liability for returned goods lost in transit, you may want to use a tracked service and insure the contents. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item. Please refer to our Guarantee policy if you have goods that are faulty or damaged. Any goods returned in a damaged or faulty state will be processed in accordance with our Guarantee.
